Rythm Engine: Rythm Box Mod V2

This here is another great homebrew that mixes a rhythm based game with a shooter. It's a "rhythm shooter" so to speak. The author, Brick, initially started out Rythm Engine: Rythm Box Mod as a DDR clone, but eventually steered away from a conventional key-beat instruction concept and introduced "wall-beat" instructions. You bounce your cube off the flashing walls while keeping in sync with the beat, while also have to deal "shoot" the enemies out to get you. The game comes packed with different degrees of difficulty with enemies, AI, and power-ups.

The game might be a little difficult to play at first, but keep at it and you'll be a pro "rhythm shooter" soon enough.
